About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience with daily tasks centered on engaging potential learners interested in data engineering courses. You will reach out and maintain communication with leads generated from various marketing efforts such as webinars, online ads, and website inquiries. Your role includes conducting personalized video counseling sessions via Zoom to explore learners' career objectives and to present BigDataYatra's live Data Engineering program comprehensively. Ensuring all lead information is accurately recorded in the CRM system, scheduling follow-ups, and collaborating actively with the marketing team to boost enrollment conversion rates will be key responsibilities.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for remote work throughout the 6-month internship period.
- Should be able to start between August 5 and September 27, 2026.
- Possess relevant communication skills and a keen interest in sales or career counseling.
Skills and Requirements
- Proficiency in verbal Hindi; English communication skills considered a plus.
- Strong enthusiasm for sales, business development, or guiding career decisions.
- Comfortable conducting discussions over phone and video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet.
- Access to a personal computer or laptop with reliable internet connectivity and quality audio equipment (headset or earphones).
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, video conferencing platforms, and WhatsApp Web for professional communications.
- Highly self-driven and focused on achieving targets with a willingness to undertake 60 to 100 follow-up calls daily.
- Previous sales, telecalling, customer support, or counseling experience is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Prepared to commit to a full-time schedule during the internship.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹17,000, comprising a fixed pay component of ₹10,000 to ₹13,000 plus incentives of ₹2,000 to ₹4,000.
- Recognition through a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
