Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale onboarding by verifying student enrollments and promptly setting up their portal accounts.
- Enhance course completion rates by performing regular follow-ups, encouraging active participation, and stimulating organic referrals.
- Serve as the main point of contact to address student queries swiftly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve any platform issues affecting student retention.
- Analyze learner feedback to refine sales pitches and assist in the development of future program offerings.
Candidate Eligibility

- Internship start window from 3rd September 2026 to 8th October 2026.
- Availability for a six-month internship duration is mandatory.
