About the internship

This in-office sales internship is based in Coimbatore and focuses on helping students and parents find suitable co-living accommodation. You will represent the company professionally, understand each lead’s needs, explain property options clearly, and support them from first enquiry through to move-in confirmation.

The role is centered on customer interaction, lead management, follow-ups, and coordination with property teams to keep occupancy moving smoothly. You will also help maintain accurate records, monitor availability, and contribute ideas to improve conversions and the overall customer journey.

What the role involves

• Introduce yourself in a confident, polished manner to students and parents looking for accommodation.
• Identify key requirements such as college proximity, budget, room type, and length of stay.
• Respond to concerns raised by parents about safety, food, amenities, and overall property quality.
• Clearly communicate property features, services, pricing, and policies.
• Ensure a smooth and reassuring experience for families evaluating housing choices.
• Manage inbound enquiries through calls, messages, and property walkthroughs.
• Recommend suitable properties based on the lead’s needs and preferences.
• Plan, coordinate, and support property visits for prospective students and parents.
• Keep following up until the booking is confirmed and occupancy is closed.
• Explain pricing, deposits, paperwork, and the move-in process in a simple and accurate way.
• Maintain a database of prospective students, parents, and enquiries.
• Enter conversations, preferences, and requirements accurately into internal systems.
• Monitor follow-ups so that no enquiry is left unattended.
• Track available beds, occupancy levels, and upcoming vacancies.
• Work with property teams to make sure assigned beds are ready for incoming residents.
• Support a smooth, hassle-free move-in experience.
• Escalate issues early when they may affect bookings, occupancy, or customer satisfaction.
• Learn demand patterns linked to admissions, academic schedules, and seasonal occupancy changes.
• Observe how students make decisions and share insights that can improve conversions.
• Track the occupancy performance of assigned properties and support efforts to improve it.
• Suggest ideas to strengthen student engagement, lead conversion, and the customer experience.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, can begin between 17th Jun'26 and 22nd Jul'26, can commit to 3 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.

Stipend and deadline

The internship pays INR 15,000 to 15,001 per month. The application deadline is 2026-07-18 23:59:59.
