About the internship

This work-from-home internship is focused on building and improving WordPress-based web properties for client-facing marketing and sales workflows. You will contribute to creating responsive websites, landing pages, funnel pages, webinar registration pages, and conversion-focused thank-you pages. The role involves hands-on WordPress customization, site maintenance, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and integration of marketing and CRM tools.

The company is an AI-driven growth platform that supports business owners, startups, coaches, and edtech brands with digital marketing, automation, sales funnels, webinar systems, LMS setups, and other scalable growth systems.

What you will do

• Build and maintain responsive WordPress websites for active client projects.
• Develop landing pages, sales funnels, webinar registration pages, and thank-you pages.
• Adapt WordPress themes and Elementor layouts to match project needs.
• Set up and manage plugins, hosting, domains, SSL certificates, and backups.
• Improve site speed, reliability, overall usability, and technical performance.
• Debug website issues, compatibility errors, and other technical problems.
• Connect tracking and business tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, payment gateways, and CRM platforms.
• Work with marketing and design teammates to deliver high-converting digital assets.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, ready to begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, and able to commit for 3 months. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women who want to start or restart their careers are also eligible. Computer Science Engineering students may apply. Preference is given to candidates pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related discipline.

Additional requirements

• Practical experience with WordPress and Elementor is expected.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design is required.
• Understanding of website speed optimization, hosting, domains, SSL, and routine site maintenance is preferred.
• Exposure to WooCommerce, CRM integrations, payment gateways, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong project work, as well as candidates with 1–2 years of freelance or agency experience, may apply.
• A personal laptop or desktop with stable high-speed internet is required.
• A portfolio of previously built WordPress websites is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities are important.

Stipend and compensation

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 20,000 to 55,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
