The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of intricate complaints and investigations from initial review to resolution following applicable laws.
- Collect and evaluate evidence, conduct thorough research, and communicate effectively with all involved parties, including complainants, industry representatives, and legal counsel.
- Advocate settlements and negotiate agreeable outcomes between parties.
- Draft detailed findings, recommendations, and final decisions.
- Maintain oversight of case timelines, progress, and communication channels.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous organizational improvements and broader projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a tertiary qualification in law.
- Demonstrated experience in dispute resolution, investigation, complaints handling, or similar domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Capacity to exercise sound judgment in multifaceted or unclear scenarios.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Skilled in interpreting and applying legislation, policies, regulations, or industry criteria.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities independently.
- Effective relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A team-focused mindset and collaborative working style.
- High personal integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
