About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead a successful McDonald's restaurant operated by the Bican Family Restaurants Inc. This role is ideal for those passionate about leadership in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where career growth is encouraged.

Compensation and Benefits

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a talented management team within the restaurant
• Drive business growth through enhanced sales, guest satisfaction, and operational standards
• Oversee labor costs, inventory management, cash controls, and profitability
• Coach and inspire managers and crew members to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
• Cultivate a positive team culture centered on accountability and cooperation
• Identify and develop future leadership talent within the restaurant

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Proven leadership and strong communication abilities
• Experience managing operations, staffing, and financial performance effectively
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a quick-service environment
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
• Preference for candidates with prior McDonald’s restaurant experience
• Graduation from Hamburger University favored for former McDonald’s managers
• Valid driver's license required
