About the Internship
This internship offers practical involvement in managing export operations for a company specializing in international food and beverage brands in India. The intern will engage in comprehensive export-related tasks, from offer sheet preparation to coordinating export shipments and trade fair logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and send CIF offer sheets along with product specification documents tailored for global buyers.
- Handle the dispatching of product samples, ensuring courier coordination, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and communication with buyers.
- Oversee export registrations and documentation in partnership with the compliance division.
- Facilitate logistics arrangements for international trade exhibitions, including setting up buyer appointments, managing travel and visa processes, and following up thereafter.
- Regularly update project timelines, report progress, and manage escalations using Zoho Projects.
- Assist with all stages of export shipments from confirming orders to preparing the bill of lading.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available to undertake a full-time internship physically at the workplace.
- The internship should commence between July 31, 2026, and September 25, 2026.
- Interns should commit to the full duration of 3 months.
- Candidates require relevant skills and interests pertaining to the position.
Additional Details
