Key Responsibilities
- Support product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
- Manage relationships and communications with 70-80 brands and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Address brand inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, mainly via WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to gather and verify product and documentation details necessary for smooth onboarding of brands to online platforms.
- Offer innovative suggestions to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
