Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Dishwasher at Topgolf in Omaha, NE, you will play a key role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation. Your duties will include washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. You will be responsible for organizing clean utensils and cooking equipment in their proper storage areas. Additionally, you will keep kitchen workspaces, utensils, and equipment tidy and orderly. Maintaining hygiene involves sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and ensuring overall kitchen safety. Supporting unloading and storing deliveries, as well as executing other assigned kitchen tasks, will also be part of your responsibilities.

Critical Skills and Experience

• No formal educational background is required though a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or related role is advantageous.
• Ability to cope with a fast-paced, demanding kitchen atmosphere.
• Strong attention to detail focused on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Physical endurance capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy trays or dish racks.
• Basic understanding of sanitation guidelines and food safety regulations.
• A cooperative, team-oriented mindset with good communication abilities.
