Job description
Role Summary
This full-time remote position involves working as an AI Trainer to improve large language models by generating specialized, high-quality data for fine-tuning and evaluation. The candidate will simulate multi-turn conversations where AI assistants interact with users using functional tools to complete user objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and script multi-turn dialogues that mirror real-life interactions between users and AI assistants employing tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drives.
- Portray both user and assistant personas, including managing assistant tool invocations when corrections or clarifications are necessary.
- Determine the timing and manner in which AI assistants invoke their available tools to maintain logical conversational flow and proper use of function calls.
- Create dialogues illustrating natural language use, intelligent response patterns, and contextual comprehension across multiple exchanges.
- Revise conversation samples iteratively based on feedback to enhance realism, clarity, and training effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for scripting and generating relevant data.
- Experience in designing multi-turn dialogues and simulating natural language interactions.
- Capability to replicate AI assistant behavior, including tool usage and precise function calls.
- Understanding of formatting protocols and quality criteria for training data creation.
- Meticulous attention to detail to produce realistic and coherent dialogue interactions.
