Managing your username, password and notifications
Change your password, set your username and control which notifications you receive.
Password
To change your password, open the account menu (your initial, top-right) and choose Change password. If you have forgotten it, use Forgot password on the sign-in page to receive a reset link.
Username
Your username powers your public profile URL (for example /@yourname). You choose it once when setting up your account, under Username in the account menu. For consistency of your public links, a username can’t be changed afterwards — if you need a change, please contact support.
Email address
The email address on your account is used to sign in and can’t be changed. If you need to use a different email, please contact support.
Notifications
Choose which emails and on-site notifications you receive under Notification settings. You can fine-tune alerts for messages, applications, follows and more.
