About the Role
Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team, providing a path to grow professionally and personally within a supportive community. We offer paid store management leadership training, mentorship, and ongoing assistance to ensure your success as a Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will oversee all operations of a single restaurant location. Your duties include hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial targets while delivering excellent guest experiences. You play a central role in driving the store’s success.
Training and Development

Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of your residence if needed
- Availability for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
- Food safety certification such as Serve Safe
Workplace Environment & Physical Demands
The workplace includes hot areas with steam and food vapors, limited space, and requires standing for extended periods. Tasks demand the ability to manage hot and cold food preparation using kitchen tools including Chinese cook knives. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for up to four hours, reach over counters, and work efficiently in fast-paced, noisy environments while communicating effectively and handling conflicts professionally.

Salary
The pay range for this position is $30 to $33 per hour, with individual salary based on location and experience. Bonus eligibility is discretionary and subject to change at any time without notice.
