Store Keeper

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Store Keeper to oversee and manage the inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods at our Narela facility. The role demands precise maintenance of stock records and ensuring seamless movement of materials for both production and dispatch activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying them against purchase orders.
• Distribute materials to production based on requirements and keep detailed issue logs.
• Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile differences with system data.
• Liaise with purchasing and production teams to prevent stock outages.
• Ensure the store or warehouse is well-organized, with proper labeling and storage methods.
• Generate stock reports covering inward receipts, outward issues, and closing stock for managerial review.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience as a Store Keeper, ideally within a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and familiarity with inventory or billing software.
• Strong skills in record maintenance and organization.
• Traits of honesty, discipline, and dependability.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
