Behind the apparent simplicity lies a complex challenge: ensuring infrastructure reliability at scale across uncontrolled systems, where a single error can take weeks to fix. Agencies and outbound teams depend critically on our infrastructure for their business continuity.

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of feature development end-to-end, handling both frontend and backend tasks. In our small team environment, you are responsible for building and maintaining what you create.

You will actively contribute to product planning, testing, deployment to over 10,000 customers, and ongoing monitoring to verify feature impact and user value. We welcome applicants at any experience level, valuing clarity of thought over seniority.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features from conception to live deployment serving 10,000+ users, including making informed decisions on the value of building each feature.
• Design automation systems that perform tasks in seconds that would otherwise require customers days to configure manually.
• Implement monitoring and reliability processes that detect problems proactively and generate meaningful alerts, avoiding noisy notifications.
• Craft intuitive dashboards and user flows that simplify complex operations for customers.
• Manage public APIs, integrations, webhooks, and connections with 24+ external tools to enable customers' workflow automation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Deep understanding of internet technologies including DNS, HTTP, proxies, and TLS; ability to analyze network traces and resolve related issues.
• A curiosity-driven mindset for identifying potential failure modes and security vulnerabilities during development, with experience in bug detection and responsible reporting.
• Proven capability to independently build complete features from scratch through production and maintenance, comfortable with both backend and frontend development.
• Strong focus on user impact by prioritizing feature necessity and scope reduction to deliver on schedule.
• Good aesthetic judgment and attention to detail, including user experience considerations for loading states, errors, and connectivity challenges.
• Self-motivated and inquisitive with a habit of personal project development driven by curiosity.

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Familiarity with Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Practical experience with authentication mechanisms such as login systems, session management, and token handling.
• Knowledge of Golang.
• Use of browser automation tools like Playwright or Puppeteer for setup automation.
