Data Analysis Expert

Role Overview

This position involves delivering comprehensive support to organizational units by providing key indicators, in-depth analysis, data insights, and advanced analytics tools to help achieve strategic goals. The role demands managing data collection methods, developing data warehouses, and performing analysis to provide both historical and current operational perspectives. It is also responsible for supporting senior management's data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist organizational units by delivering relevant indicators, intelligent analytics, detailed reports, and data studies.
• Develop and ensure proper mechanisms for data collection and data warehouse construction to facilitate required analyses.
• Support the use of data warehouses and operational data to provide a comprehensive view of organizational operations.
• Help senior management make informed decisions based on carefully analyzed data.
• Manage information exchange, publication, and collaboration on scientific and statistical studies within the organization and external government and private sectors.
• Oversee the examination of data to identify meaningful patterns and trends within complex datasets.
• Provide training to end users on techniques for interpreting and analyzing different datasets effectively.
• Manage information technology components linked to business projects focused on implementing innovative technology and business intelligence solutions.
• Coordinate with the Data Management Office concerning data sources and management to ensure compliance with data handling policies.
• Support data processing tasks including KPI tracking and trend identification derived from data analysis.
• Assist with procedures for data extraction, preparation, and loading from diverse sources using various technologies.
• Supervise the identification of standard practices across data analyses, ensure delivery of analysis reports to developers, and monitor outcomes.
• Conduct data quality assessments, interpret findings, and apply statistical methods to understand results.
• Adhere strictly to organizational work protocols, conduct guidelines, and cybersecurity regulations.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Experience and Education Requirements

• Must have at least six years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline is mandatory.
