Client Advisor for KaDeWe Store

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our team at the KaDeWe store in Berlin, representing the Dolce&Gabbana brand. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify the needs of our international clientele and promote our products accordingly to drive sales.
• Provide exemplary customer service with the aim of fostering long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards in alignment with company guidelines.
• Passionately convey the company’s vision and projects through comprehensive product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Prior experience in luxury retail environments.
• Self-driven with a positive mindset, utilizing professional sales techniques.
• Strong customer orientation complemented by excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Effective collaborator and team-oriented mindset.
