Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and establish productive local partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands, following provided guidelines. Emphasize product category selection to enhance value for both the company and customers.
• Assist merchandise partners throughout the platform onboarding process, ensuring clear communication of market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational directives.
• Develop innovative concepts based on category performance and lead projects by coordinating resources and guiding merchants accordingly.
• Perform industry analyses, evaluate potential customer needs through data-driven insights, and adapt strategies to align with evolving market trends.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years operational experience, including areas such as brand management or platform operations.
• Preferably possesses extensive network connections with local sellers and vendors.
• Strong abilities in data analysis, capable of interpreting industry trends, managing projects via data insights, and drawing strategic conclusions.
• Skilled in market exploration and marketing innovation, able to direct comprehensive merchant marketing strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude, self-driven, strategic thinker with adaptability to rapid changes.
• Capacity to perform efficiently under pressure and handle logistics management during peak demand periods.
