Jarurat Care is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment cycle. You'll actively participate in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and building candidate pipelines in a dynamic environment. This opportunity empowers you to take full ownership of hiring, supporting our mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully manage recruitment for assigned positions from sourcing candidates to successful hiring.
- Source applicants from LinkedIn, Broxer, Twitter (X), and other suitable platforms.
- Conduct resume and profile screening to identify well-qualified candidates.
- Organize interview schedules, gather feedback, and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Track and update candidate pipelines and recruitment progress using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with potential candidates to enhance response rates.
- Facilitate efficient closure of hiring requirements without compromising candidate quality.
- Ensure seamless communication between candidates and internal teams during the hiring process.
