About the Internship
Join Saujil Global as an HR and Operations Intern and immerse yourself in a vibrant, fast-moving work environment. You will collaborate closely with our team to aid different HR and operational activities, sharpening your capabilities in areas such as spoken and written English communication, research and data analysis, interpersonal interaction, and the use of Microsoft Excel and Word. Additionally, you will engage with innovative AI technologies including LLMOps, ChatGPT, and Claude to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment cycle by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and preparing job advertisements.
- Perform research and analyze data to aid HR and operational decision-making processes.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Contribute to performance management by helping conduct evaluations and facilitate feedback.
- Manage HR administrative duties such as maintaining employee files and organizing training sessions.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT and Claude for process improvement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support general company operations and initiatives.
Candidate Eligibility
