Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant with extensive knowledge of Core HCM and related modules. The ideal candidate will have deep practical experience configuring Workday and managing Business Processes, with a strong background in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess over 5 years of direct hands-on experience in Workday HCM, focusing on Core HCM functionalities.
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday system configuration and execution of Business Processes.
- Participated in Workday implementation and enhancement initiatives, delivering effective solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes encompassing all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Familiarity and exposure to various Workday modules including Compensation, Recruiting, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Performance Management, and Payroll.
