Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a substantial background in managing procurement activities for large-scale capital projects valued at over QR 100 million, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Lead procurement operations and strategies for major capital projects, emphasizing effective execution and coordination.
• Oversee on-site safety management, ensuring adherence to safety protocols throughout procurement processes.
• Maintain high standards of quality management and harmonize coordination between suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering as a foundational educational requirement.
• Have at least 20 years of professional experience in procurement, with a minimum of 15 years in a managerial role overseeing procurement activities.
• Proven track record managing procurement for significant capital projects exceeding QR 100 million in value, showcasing versatility and high quality.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
