Job description
Overview
Bunge is seeking a Process Executive for its Enterprise Data Management (EDM) global department based in Mohali, Punjab, India. The position focuses on overseeing master data record validation and upkeep according to established business rules, primarily through SAP MDG. The role supports data quality initiatives, assists service delivery teams, and serves as a data custodian for master data types such as Material, Customer, or Supplier data.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate master data records in compliance with business standards using SAP MDG.
- Ensure timely resolution and handling of IDOCs.
- Collaborate with domain leads and service delivery teams on data cleansing and quality improvement projects.
- Drive data quality programs by assisting project teams and validating exceptions against business rules.
- Provide first-level support, training, and communication to regional stakeholders.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Technical expertise in SAP master data tables, SAP MDG functionalities, and data management processes.
- Understanding of how master data impacts transactional processing and related business process metrics.
- Ability to collaborate across virtual teams spanning different geographies and cultures.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt during organizational changes.
Educational Background and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, B.Tech, or certification in SAP Material Management.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing master data and data management processes.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with SAP MDG or SAP MDM tools.
- Proven experience engaging directly with business clients.
