Role Overview
Redle Care Hospitality Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage a team of nurses and caretakers. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, requiring candidates to work 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise nursing staff and caretakers effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must hold a Nursing degree.
- Experience in nurse management, hospital or clinic administration, or related roles is essential.
- B.Sc. Nursing graduates with a minimum of three years’ experience are eligible.
- Other nursing qualifications such as diplomas require at least six years of relevant experience.
- Applicants must be willing to work in shifts.
Additional Information
- Managerial or administrative experience related to nursing is mandatory for this superintendent role.
