Job description
Role Overview
This leadership position is pivotal in overseeing and regulating the expanding real estate sector, with complete accountability for the licensing framework and driving its digital modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the real estate licensing regulatory framework by creating comprehensive workflows, approval controls, and business rules to guarantee consistency and thorough audit trails.
- Supervise the end-to-end licensing and registration processes for developers, brokers, licensed practitioners, and escrow account trustees.
- Make informed decisions on challenging, high-risk, and exceptional cases using evidence-based and legally robust judgment.
- Direct initiatives for automation, digital transformation, and governance of licensing and registration data.
- Track licensed entities’ compliance, analyze violations and risk factors, and coordinate necessary corrective measures.
- Design and implement key performance indicators and dashboards to provide management with clear insights into licensing activities, compliance, and operational risks.
- Lead and manage the licensing section team, including overseeing strategy, budgeting, and policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate, or a closely related discipline.
- A solid professional background with 9 to 12 years of relevant experience, inclusive of at least 3 years in supervisory roles within real estate licensing and regulatory functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement across diverse organizations.
- Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
- Mandatory professional certifications in Real Estate and Regulatory Compliance.
