Java Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level backend services. This position involves creating reliable, high-performing systems and collaborating closely with the engineering team on architectural planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java and the Spring framework.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs that connect with various internal and external systems.
• Enhance service performance and ensure scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and support architecture-related decisions.
• Identify and troubleshoot production-level issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience developing production Java applications.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies.
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and system design principles.
