Role Overview and Responsibilities

As the Facility Support and Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless operation of our facilities by overseeing daily maintenance and addressing minor repairs. Your role involves managing the technical aspects of the premises in close collaboration with the landlord. Maintaining safety standards, orderliness, and cleanliness throughout the buildings falls under your purview.

You will coordinate and supervise external maintenance activities, including managing contractors to ensure quality and timely services. Additionally, you will act as the primary contact for occupational safety experts and serve as the key liaison for departments requiring manual assistance such as repairs, relocations, cleaning, and small transport tasks. Managing the entire ordering and logistics lifecycle—from receiving customer orders to placing purchase orders with suppliers and coordinating deliveries and incoming goods—is a vital part of your duties.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

We seek a technically inclined individual motivated to contribute positively through their work and driven by a problem-solving approach. Ideal candidates will have completed an apprenticeship in a technical or manual trade or hold an equivalent professional qualification. Extensive experience in facility management, building services engineering, service technician roles, or as a caretaker is preferred.

Key personal attributes include practical capabilities, teamwork, and a courteous manner. A Class B driving license is required. Proficiency in German and English and basic computer skills are advantageous to support future organizational needs.
