Associate Process Manager - Reference Data

Overview

eClerx is seeking an Associate Process Manager for their Reference Data team based in Coimbatore. Candidates with 3 to 11 years of relevant experience in reference data, master data management, or data operations are invited to apply. The role offers flexible shifts and favors immediate joiners or those with a notice period of up to 60 days.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering top-quality solutions and insightful analyses across projects of varying complexity and scope. This includes managing tasks with minimal supervision and contributing to process optimization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should hold a graduation degree (BCom, BBA, BBM, BCA) or a postgraduate degree (MCom, MBA). Experience in financial services, banking, healthcare, retail, or enterprise operations environments is desirable. Knowledge of Master Data Management platforms and data governance frameworks is essential. Familiarity with tools such as Informatica, Collibra, Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.

Strong logical and quantitative abilities are required, along with the capacity to respond swiftly and effectively in critical situations. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills to align with evolving business needs.
