About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship offers an in-depth training experience in lithium-ion battery technology, combined with practical exposure to sales activities. Interns will learn about battery cell sorting, grading, assembling battery packs, installing Battery Management Systems (BMS), and wiring and harnessing techniques. The role also involves assisting in battery testing, including charging, discharging, capacity evaluation, and quality inspections to ensure product standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive hands-on training on lithium-ion batteries covering production, testing, and assembly processes.
- Support the documentation and maintenance of daily production and testing records.
- Gain familiarity with the specifications of Highflow's lithium-ion battery products used in e-rickshaws, two-wheelers, and energy storage systems.
- Assist quality assurance and dispatch operations as required.
- In the latter stages, join the sales team for market visits and engage with customers to prepare for a customer-facing sales function.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available to work full-time on-site during the internship period.
- Should be able to start between August 6, 2026, and September 11, 2026.
- Availability for the entire duration of 6 months is mandatory.
- Candidates need to possess relevant skills and genuine interest in battery technology and sales.
