About the Internship

This internship involves direct engagement with clients to drive business growth. The intern will cultivate and sustain professional relationships with both potential and current clients, effectively communicate their needs to the internal team, and organize meetings and follow-ups to advance opportunities. Maintaining detailed records of all stakeholder interactions and progress is crucial, as is supporting business opportunity identification and gathering market insights to aid strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with client stakeholders during business development interactions.
• Establish and nurture strong professional client connections.
• Understand and convey client requirements to internal teams.
• Arrange and manage meetings, product demonstrations, and subsequent discussions.
• Perform timely follow-ups to keep opportunities moving forward.
• Document meetings, discussions, follow-up statuses, and next actions accurately.
• Assist in recognizing business potentials within relevant accounts and stakeholders.
• Collect structured feedback and field-level data to inform internal decisions.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available to participate full-time onsite for the entire four-month internship.
• Start dates must fall between August 11 and September 15, 2026.
• Fresh graduates and individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal abilities, be comfortable interacting professionally, and support proactive relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous discussions and follow-ups with organization and initiative is essential.
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits within Pune.
• Previous experience in business development, field sales, B2B sales, client engagement, or stakeholder relations is advantageous but not required.

Additional Information

• The stipend consists of a fixed component ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹20,000 per month, along with a ₹5,000 monthly incentive.
• Successful interns have the opportunity for a full-time position with a starting annual salary between ₹360,000 and ₹400,000.
