- Supervise and manage daily shop floor activities to ensure production targets are met with adherence to quality standards.

- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective shift planning and seamless operation during shifts.
- Keep track of inventory levels and maintain precise asset and stock records.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess between two to six years of experience in a comparable position within the automotive components industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing manpower, organizing shift schedules, and overseeing shop floor operations.
- Capable of working independently, showing strong prioritization and task management skills.
