Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Housekeeper to become part of our service-oriented team focused on maintaining cleanliness and high quality throughout the hotel. This role is essential in ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding the company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all public areas of the hotel, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells, according to quality regulations.
• Strip linens and remove trash from guest rooms when necessary.
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly, dust furniture and decorations, vacuum and mop floors.
• Handle carts by emptying soiled linens and disposing of waste properly.
• Remove any stains, insects, and debris; polish fixtures and clean ashtrays.
• Deliver requested items to guest rooms and support room cleaning duties as needed.
• Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate hotel needs.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support department operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum of one year experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Additional Information

The hiring process may involve a phone screening, interviews with management, drug screening, background and reference checks, and potentially an employment assessment.
