Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you'll be trained to confidently operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Your role involves preparing real food by hand daily, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a friendly environment that aligns with Chipotle's mission to make better food accessible to all.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Possess a positive and enthusiastic approach
• Enjoy helping and serving customers and team members
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary worksite language
