About Petstock and the Role

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys assisting others, and ensures technology operates smoothly behind the scenes. This position involves supporting and enhancing our ERP system, Pronto Xi, along with related business applications to enable teams to remain connected, efficient, and well-supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely application support and troubleshooting for Pronto Xi and other essential business systems.
- Manage user inquiries and issues through Jitbit, Jira, and Confluence platforms, ensuring clear resolution paths.
- Collaborate with the Development team to assist in system testing, deployments, and continuous improvements.
- Oversee system integrations and swiftly address any related issues to maintain seamless operations.
- Develop comprehensive user guides, documentation, and training resources to support end users.
- Engage actively with stakeholders to uncover and recommend enhancements to current systems.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Application Support, Systems Administration, or related positions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Pronto Xi.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understand integrations and API functionality.
- Excellent collaboration skills with ability to communicate confidently with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic about learning, continuous improvement, and aiding team success.
