Role Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial part in shaping the store's visual identity, ensuring an exceptional customer experience by applying H&M's visual guidelines effectively. This role involves coaching and developing team members in both visual presentation and commercial understanding while maintaining safety, security, and administrative standards.
Key Duties
- Assist in creating a customer-first experience through the presentation and implementation of H&M’s visual merchandising standards.
- Guide and train store staff on visual concepts and commercial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, security measures, and administrative procedures at all times.
- Monitor store performance through KPIs, and take proactive steps to meet business objectives and budgets.
- Organize, implement, and monitor sales activities and store promotional campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- Adaptable multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment and values creativity combined with inclusivity.
- Possesses 1 to 2 years or more of relevant experience, transferable from similar roles.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, bending, stretching, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to handle manual setup tasks involving the use of hand and power tools like irons and steamers, and lifting display items such as mannequins and clothing racks.
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and able to provide support across multiple store locations as needed.
