Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Solutions Architect who will collaborate closely with sales teams to secure technical wins. This role requires a fusion of in-depth product expertise and consultative selling skills to translate client requirements into tailored solution architectures that facilitate deal closures and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives during the technical discovery and qualification phases.
- Create customized solution architectures aligned with customer environments and specific use cases.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops.
- Address requests for proposals (RFPs), security questionnaires, and architecture evaluations.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transition to deployment stages.
- Communicate product feedback effectively to the product management and engineering teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and APIs.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with engineering and IT decision-makers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with executive presence.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Experience managing RFPs, security assessments, and creating architecture diagrams.

Compensation and Benefits
