Software Engineer (Front-End)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain interactive web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript within an agile, cross-functional team environment. The engineer will be responsible for creating UI components, ensuring responsive design implementation, integrating RESTful APIs, and enhancing software quality with testing and continuous integration practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop feature-rich Front-end components using React and TypeScript.
• Create reusable UI elements consistent with design guidelines and engineering best practices.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with HTML5 and CSS3 technologies.
• Integrate Front-end application logic with backend REST APIs for seamless data flow.
• Write unit and component-level tests to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Debug and resolve issues throughout development, testing, and production stages.
• Engage in peer code reviews, adhering to Git version control workflows.
• Take an active part in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with team members.

Qualification and Skills

• Proficient experience in ReactJS development and understanding of React fundamentals (components, hooks, state, props).
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript languages.
• Experience managing state using Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Strong skills in creating responsive layouts using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Expertise integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with writing and running unit or component tests.
• Experience using Git and understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
