Working with a collaborative and innovative team, you will create customized solutions that help clients meet their objectives and advance their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to devise customer engagement strategies within your assigned region.
• Mentor junior Solutions Architects and teams in prioritizing use cases and cultivating technical advocates.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across various levels through complex interactions involving the cloud ecosystem and third-party integrations, promoting enthusiasm for Databricks’ vision and solutions.
• Serve as a trusted expert and advisor in data analytics architecture, design, and deployment of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Contribute to the technical community by preparing customer-focused materials and facilitating workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
• Advance your career by pursuing one of four development paths: technical specialization, industry thought leadership, strategic customer vision, or people management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven capability to engage in complex customer discussions and manage the sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales role.
• Strong influencing skills for decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders, orchestrating teams for enduring client success.
• Experience programming in core languages such as Python, Java, or Scala and a willingness to acquire foundational knowledge of Apache Spark.
• Hands-on experience with complex proof-of-concept projects and working with public cloud platforms.
• Ability to design tailored technical solutions for sophisticated customer requirements and navigate competitive landscapes.
