Role Overview

The Salesforce Developer position at OFive Global is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana, Albania. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions including custom applications, integrations, and automated workflows to enhance client operations and scalability. Tasks include constructing and refining Lightning Web Components, developing and updating Visualforce pages, configuring Salesforce objects and workflows, and collaborating with various stakeholders to convert business needs into effective technical implementations. The role also requires troubleshooting system issues, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with Salesforce administration such as user and security management. The developer will support cross-functional teams working on AI and automation initiatives for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client workflows and scalability requirements.
• Develop and optimize Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages to build user interfaces and enhance functionality.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and perform administration tasks including user and security management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce system issues ensuring data integrity and solution reliability.
• Support AI-driven and process automation projects within client environments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce.com development, particularly Apex programming, and custom application creation.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for building customized user interfaces and functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration including configuration, workflow automation, validation rules, and user management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform core capabilities, data models, security frameworks, and integration approaches.
• Experience with API integrations and connecting Salesforce to third-party systems using web services and middleware.
• Ability to capture business requirements effectively and solve complex problems with scalable solutions.
• Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator is highly advantageous.
• Background in software development or computer science; experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, adaptable to a fast-paced and delivery-oriented setting.
