Sales Development Representative (Night Shift, Remote)

About the Role

Join Snapscale Philippines as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) working full-time remotely during the night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, ±1 hour). Reporting directly to executive management including the CEO, this position entails spearheading initial sales outreach efforts and delivering vital administrative support to leadership.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting with up to 200 calls daily, engaging prospects professionally, overcoming gatekeepers, and uncovering critical data about their IT setups and business needs.
• Maintain a disciplined three-call follow-up routine after mailers are sent to reinitiate contact and arrange First Time Appointments (FTAs) for the sales team.
• Work collaboratively with the CEO and Marketing Department to optimize prospect targeting, provide feedback on lead engagement quality, and help execute marketing campaigns including direct mailers tailored from initial discovery.
• Perform administrative and operational support tasks for executive and interdisciplinary teams, managing multiple projects by prioritizing work and making independent decisions to meet objectives efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, cold calling, or administrative roles, preferably within IT, technology services, or MSP sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence handling objections and engaging decision-makers and gatekeepers.
• Self-motivated and resourceful attitude with minimal supervision needed, demonstrating consistent reliability and initiative.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to juggle calls, administrative duties, and marketing follow-ups effectively.
• Familiarity with sales databases, CRM platforms, and standard office software applications.

Additional Information

• Shift hours are from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, with a flexibility margin of one hour.
• This is a remote position.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
