Retail Supervisor

Overview

We stock over 60,000 products across more than 900 stores, ranging from power tools and workwear to cables and pipe fittings, complemented by leading digital services. As part of our expert team, you will help deliver efficient, affordable service while maintaining a positive attitude.

Role and Responsibilities

In your role as Retail Supervisor, you will take an active leadership role, leading by example across all store activities. Whether assisting customers directly or coordinating warehouse operations, your focus will remain squarely on providing outstanding service. Key duties include:

• Serving as the store host and team leader, setting the benchmark for excellent service and customer engagement.
• Guiding customers to suitable products with ease and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Overseeing store operations such as cash reconciliation, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining audit compliance, and managing inventory.
• Collaborating with your team to uphold store pride and foster a productive, enjoyable working environment.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Candidate Profile

• Experience in supervisory or duty manager roles, preferably managing small teams in fast-paced retail settings.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service with the ability to convert positive interactions into sales.
