Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay rate for this role is approximately 21.50 dollars per hour, subject to factors such as location, expertise, education, and experience. This role also qualifies for a monthly bonus program. Associates earn paid time off accumulating up to 152 hours annually (covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays) plus up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, or as legally mandated.

Work schedules are designed respectfully within store operating hours of 6 A.M. to 10 P.M.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary and professional customer service leadership
• Ensure the store remains safe, clean, and well-organized
• Acquire cross-functional skills by training across all areas including stocking and sales associate tasks

• Assume the role of Leader on Duty as required by schedule
