About the Role
We are actively seeking driven Relationship Managers to join our expanding real estate team located in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal within a master agency focusing on the real estate sector.
Compensation Structure
- Base salary starting at AED 4,000;
- Earn AED 8,000 basic salary upon meeting targets between AED 2.5 million to 5 million;
- Achieve AED 16,000 basic salary for sales exceeding AED 5 million;
- Higher performance directly correlates to increased earnings potential.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent communication and proven ability to build lasting relationships;
- Prior sales experience, ideally within the Dubai real estate market;
- Goal-oriented with strong drive to meet and exceed targets;
- Professional demeanor coupled with strong negotiation capabilities;
- Experience specifically in UAE real estate is a notable advantage.
