Process Improvement Engineer

Position Overview

This role requires a comprehensive application of knowledge about Napco National’s business landscape and goals, along with the ability to interpret and consistently apply company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate business-related information clearly and succinctly, both in spoken and written form.
• Collect and monitor diverse raw data sets from multiple sources, analyze and interpret findings to develop informative reports that support decision-making processes across various departments.
• Utilize proficiency in national and foreign languages for both verbal and written communications.
• Plan and organize work activities and projects efficiently to accomplish tasks and meet both short and long-term company objectives.
• Operate and effectively utilize standard office automation tools and software systems.
• Gather and critically analyze data, adapting to complex or novel problems and developing innovative solutions that add value to the company and its clientele.
• Lead internal auditing efforts by tutoring, assisting, and assessing internal auditors to ensure compliance and enhance audit quality.
