Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Finance & Pricing Analyst to enhance our pricing strategies, oversee deal commercial evaluations, and conduct profitability analyses within our IT services domain. Collaborating cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Delivery, Presales, HR, and Executive Leadership, this role aims to drive sustainable business growth, optimize profit margins, and improve financial outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Professional credentials such as CA, CMA, or an MBA specialized in Finance.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Pricing roles.
• Background in IT Services, IT Consulting, Digital Engineering, ERP, Cloud, or Managed Services sectors, with familiarity in markets across the US, Middle East, and India.
• Understanding of offshore-onshore delivery frameworks and proficiency in rate card development.
