About the Role
Hollywoodbets is seeking a dedicated Oddsmaker to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This role involves using specialized tools to maintain and update horse racing odds for both local and international events.
Core Responsibilities
- Input and adjust odds for all local and international horse races.
- Monitor and update betting activities continuously throughout each day.
- Manage and update race scratchings and place percentages accurately.
- Utilize platforms like Interbet, Oddschecker, and Betfair to track and update betting changes.
- Modify prices and analyze market trends to keep betting odds current.
- Ensure closure of all Mixa’s betting markets.
- Record the outcomes, including winners and placings, after races conclude.
Qualifications and Skills
- Profound knowledge and understanding of horse racing is essential.
