Responsibilities

The Maintenance Helper is responsible for ensuring the nursing facility and its surroundings remain clean, safe, orderly, and visually appealing. Key duties include performing minor repairs on various facility equipment and infrastructure, replacing HVAC filters, transporting and stocking supplies, and stepping in for the Maintenance supervisor when absent.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with foundational skills in wiring, plumbing, and carpentry.

Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $18 USD.
