Role Overview
This Java Developer position is based in Chennai with a hybrid work model and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications leveraging strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Utilize Java frameworks including Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Boot, along with Microservices architecture.
- Implement and manage Java Restful APIs and work with build tools such as Gradle.
- Ensure understanding and application of web technologies and architecture principles.
- Participate actively in Agile development processes and support DevOps integration efforts.
- Apply analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and technical design expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Basic familiarity with Kafka messaging system and Docker container technology.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Core Java (Java 8 or higher preferred), Java frameworks, and Microservices.
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Design and software development principles.
- Experience with concurrency, collections, and design patterns.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within Agile teams.
- Basic knowledge of Kafka and Docker containers.
