Role Overview

We are looking for two full-time Formulators to join our teams at Sunshine West and Altona sites. In these roles, you will support production operations in specialized settings with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to enhance practical skills and contribute to consistent, safe, and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and blend chemical batches following detailed instructions and standard operating procedures, while strictly adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
• Review and comply with all safety and quality protocols before initiating production campaigns.
• Operate and monitor measurement equipment, ensuring precise verification against batch sheets.
• Assist with the operation of machinery such as mixers, mills, extruders, dryers, and coating equipment.
• Perform quality control tasks under supervision to guarantee products meet required standards.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation throughout the process.
• Thoroughly clean equipment and production areas upon completion of each campaign to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
