DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and overall developer experience. This position ensures that shipment processes are secure, rapid, and standardized while maintaining system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines supporting application teams.
• Manage cloud infrastructure utilizing infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Pulumi.
• Maintain and enhance observability tools including logging, metrics, and tracing systems.
• Enhance developer workflows to shorten deployment cycles.
• Handle incident responses and conduct post-incident analyses.
• Collaborate with security teams to strengthen system hardening and ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or platform engineering roles.
• Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker containers, and infrastructure-as-code solutions like Terraform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD technologies including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
• Practical knowledge of observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Strong scripting abilities in Bash, Python, or Go.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range between $110,000 and $180,000 USD, dependent on experience and qualifications.
