Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Receive, process, and fulfill customer phone orders.
• Stock ingredients and supplies properly within the store and storage areas.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork accurately.
• Deliver pizzas and flyers to customers promptly, navigating various terrains and multi-story buildings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving history meeting company criteria.
• Access to a fully insured vehicle suitable for delivery tasks.
• Ability to read maps and find addresses efficiently within the delivery zone.
• Basic math skills for making change and record-keeping.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for taking and processing orders.
• Manual dexterity and coordination to handle pizza assembly tools and other equipment.

Physical and Work Environment Considerations

• Frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds including bulk deliveries.
• Exposure to indoor temperatures ranging from cool (36°F) to hot (90°F+) and outdoor weather variations.
• Tasks may require stooping, crouching, reaching above shoulder height, and manual handling of supplies.
• Driving involves navigating stairs and carrying deliveries to customer doors, sometimes across multiple floors.
• Work in confined spaces like walk-in coolers and proximity to hot ovens and machinery.
